Do you have to download the CC and store items to use this? or when you DL this does it come automatically? fantastic house btw.

RedTele, the fencing comes with the ambitions expansion pack.
bradman, you can use the house without the CC or store items, the game will just replace them with non CC items.

Cruel though it may be, I used awesomemod to force the "pass out" animation, and used the "moveobjects on" to position her on the grass. :P
