If you don´t mind downloading from the exchange you can get Lucius here. Better check him with CUSTARD though, he has some clothes attached.

There's actually a vaguely-dark-mark-ish tattoo that comes with Ambitions (a skull and snakes, but with a lot of differences), but. This can go on the inside of the darned forearm. You really can't beat that, even if my "death eaters" are a bit AU.

@ Armilus: You can upload the re-made tattoo for TS4, sure.

My policy is pretty simple:
1) Don´t upload my creations to paysites and / or the exchange.
2) Don´t claim you have made them yourself.
