"The Old Hatter's House"

It's a spacious and luxury home for two sims. The house could be rebuild and expanded if needed, e.g. for a larger number of sims. The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a big swimmingpool and an outdoor grill area. A parking space with a car is also included and at the left side of the house there's a small vegetable garden so your sims can grow their own vegetables.

This house was originally built for the Foundation - Chat Thread (with game version 4.2) and had a lot of Store Items included. I removed most of the store items so that you won't have to buy all that extra stuff if you'd like to add this lot to your game. I checked the file with CUSTARD (big thanks to Delphy for this amazing tool) to make sure that there is nothing included that doesn't belong there.

There's no custom content, no custom patterns but some premium content from the Sims 3 Store used for this build. Most of it is free and not required for the lot to work in game, you can replace those items if you wish.

Store items (not included in this download):
Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: 128,627 / 70,144
