Yay, my second-favorite family! Well, maybe not this family, specifically, but across the color spectrum, I tend to prefer the neutral colors, after the shaded ones. Also, if you happen to like building desert lots, this is a very handy collection of colors to have. Some of these are classic Southwest colors...

Anyway, in this download and in its eventual 29 "sister" downloads, you will find a ton of plaster walls. More than you will ever want/need, guaranteed. I didn't originally make these for The Sims. I made them for an architectural drafting program. But it wasn't hard to convert them, and I actually ended up finding them useful. I figured that I might as well share, in case anyone else might find any of them useful.

So...I will eventually give you 1,620 colors of Valspar Paint's Ultra Premium line. The colors are on a fairly subtle plaster texture created from sampling photos of the walls of my living room. I'll be uploading the colors in their color families, which consist of 54 colors each. There will eventually be 30 downloads, for a total of, as I said, 1,620 colors. (Whew!) This download will give you the 54 members of the Neutral Red family, consisting mostly of red-greys, purple-greys, red-browns and browny-pinks.

I have set up this download (and will set up the others to come) in the way that I use these walls, personally. You can download all of the colors in the family if you happen to want all of them for some insane reason. But more practically, you can selectively download them in far more useful "color cards" of six colors each. The colors on a given card are related to each other and therefore work well together. (With the exception of Card 9 in each set, which in real life are meant to be accent colors. For Sims purposes, I think they tend to look nice as exterior colors, if you like dark, rich exterior colors.) Each rar file also contains a collection file for those colors that are included in that particular download, so that you can find these easily when you want them. The "All Colors" download contains a collection file for all 54 of the colors together, but I've also included the collection files for the individual color cards as well, so that you can find them that way, too. So in that download, there are a total of 10 collection files included in addition to the 54 walls. The other downloads only have the collection file for that particular color card. (NOTE: The collection files go in your "Collections" folder, NOT your "Downloads" folder!)

So, here are the "color cards" for the Neutral Reds:

To give you an idea of how these walls look in-game, here is one of the colors "in action" on a dummy wall:
(More similar pics are attached below. Sorry, but I'm not about to make pics of all 54 colors.)

Enjoy! Now...On to the oranges. Oh, and I finally made myself a collection file icon. Nothing spectacular, but... And I think I finally decided on how I'm going to set up the icons for these sets from now on, too. Now to go back and re-do the older ones....
