This little home would be perfect for one or two sims. It has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is in the walk-out basement. No curtains are necessary because many hedges provide privacy as they let in light. These hedges will not be trimmable by sims unfortunately, so that is something to keep in mind. The house is decorated in feminine colors but it's always fun to redecorate to suit your sim's taste. Hope you enjoy this convenient little house.
