Mini Wings - Luxury

This is the house I originally made and liked very much.

Features:
- Entrance hall
- Kitchen
- Dining on patio
- Livingroom
- Elevated bedroom
- Bathroom
- Fountain
- Lovely flowers

This house has been made with luxury living in mind, so all the items are expensive and modern.

Size: 15x10
Prize: 37360/26163

No CC has been used, but I suggest you get this mod, so that the curtains stay where they are supposed to:
Curtain Height Adjustment by Granthes

Game requirements:
You will need Base game, WA, Ambitions and Late night installed with patch 6.1.11 or higher

Mini Wings - Starter

This is the house I came up with when trying to make a starter of the original one

Features:
- Entrance hall

This house has been made with starting of the game in mind, so all the items are as cheap as possible and yet still modern looking. I know making a starter at that cost would have been easy if I had just deleted a lot of stuff, but I wanted to have decorations in the house, and enough furniture so it doesn't look empty.

This is a great looking house for a starter. Even if my new sims have to go for the starter version, I'll be happy, because the house is so classy outside :-) Luxury version...awesome! Thanks for sharing :-)
