This one bed and one bath lovely romantic little house for your couple sims. Have a sweet and happy Valentine's day!
This little house has two floor, a small courtyard with a pool and the parking space.
- Living, dining, kitchen and the bath on the main floor and the bed room on the second floor.
This house built in Sunset Valley, opposit 120 Wright Way. Location can be found in the attached screenshots.
Lot Size: 20x20
Price for unfurnished: 45,538
Requires: all the EPs and SPs up to Late Night and Fast Lane
This house contains two free Store Items:
- New Years Nectar
- Table of Solitude by Scarab Corp.
Other custom content used (required but not included):
