It's not a requirement, you can still download it with a few stuff missing such as the car and the Bar because they are the stuff of Fast Lane.

This is adorable!!! I used to be an avid house downloader back in the day but now I seldom download houses created by others. This is going straight into my game, thanks a bunch for all the work!

The curving pool really caught my eye. I'm behind the times when it comes to Sims3. You always make something wonderful!

This house is wonderful The architecture is stunning. You really really have to see this house on a lot in person to get the full feel of how nice it is. I'm brand new to the Sims and am just learning but I did make a few changes that really seemed great.

I removed all the greenery beneath the house where it sits on stilts? Wow.. What a great space! I dropped the terrain level, flattened it out and viola! I now have a beautiful outdoor party room complete with hot tub, small fire pit (3 chairs instead of 8) an outdoor kitchen (With grill sink fridge and 4 island counters with bar stools,) and a tiny dance floor with music system and effects machine. It really is amazing in conjunction with the upper deck in the back and its bar and pool.


Also not sure if you noticed but if you remove the wall surrounding the back deck the pool fills in to be almost heart shaped! I so envy your building skills. (I removed the wall as my house sits on a tiny lot sharing an island with the butterfly gardens in Bridgeport... the lot is surrounded by the ocean on 3 sides. With the wall removed the pool appears to be an infinity pool looking into the ocean!)
