Nice work, I like it. Too bad I already have made my greek NB with all subNB´s otherwise this could have been a good alternative.
But I still would like to give a feedback of one little detail that I think is missing: the possibility for beach lots on the Island.

I'm having trouble with the camera. It's kinda stuck on the water view, and when I try to move it up onto the land, it barely shows any of the road. Can you fix that?
