I been really really drained about idea's for homes so when i find one with no CC in it that I can download it's always a plus. Thanks for enabling my laziness

This is such a nice lot, lots of thought gone into it, and I love the black, would never have thought of using black on the outside but it looks fantastic!!

It's easy to not use CC if you have all EP's and SP's, but I am lacking two SP's.

It's beautiful! However, the title is a bit wrong... "estate" actually means "summer" in Italian (I was born there, so i know ) if you want to say "very modern estate" then the title should be "Proprietà Molto Moderno". Other than that, the house is gorgeous!

lol Thanks! It's just that I used a translator to get the Italian name. I am Italian, I was born there, but I moved to Canada when I was 1, so I never really got a chance to learn the language. My parents never spoke to me in Italian.

But thanks for the correction. I will change the name right away!

I love people like yourself who upload these inspirational ideas. I get slightly bored by my house designs, so I look for lots to download. Unfortunately I do not like downloading lots with numerous amounts of custom content. This is just absolutely wonderful! Thank-you so much!

You're welcome! I never use custom content in my uploads. If I upload anything for The Sims 3 the only "Custom Content" will be just custom re-colors created using the game's in-game styler.
