the house looks great, I didn't download though because the lot size is too large. But I did want to post a comment/thanks for you celebrating earth day with this earth friendly lot. Thumbs up to you for doing that.

Wow, that's an amazing one! I absolutely love the "roof" and how the house goes with the terrain's ups and downs. That early spring morning picture is great, it really captures the nice lightning that comes with Seasons. Very creative and beautifully done! :D

Thank you for the comments!

This is my first house upload, and I really want to hear what people think (both the good and uhhh... yeah *sigh* the bad *gulp*)

Please tell me what you think. I've got another house in the making - and a few other ideas kicking around... I want to know what people are looking for.

THANKs for the thanks!!!

wow really really nice. I'm kind of wondering how you got them swimming in the pond though. I vaguely remember a tutorial that allows it, is that what you used?

Love how the top of the house is for gardening and such Makes me want to play a modern eco hood now with the landscaping on the rooftops or ledges instead.

Cant wait to see more from you.

The tutorials I used for pond swimming are: Tutorial Making real lakes swimmable and Sims 2 - Easy swimmable real lake -Tutorial

I needed both tutorials - and a lot of "#$@*%" to get it figured out. But, now that I know how - it's really easy. I also found Frillen's pond surface remover to be of great help. Good Luck!

Nice! I love the more unique house designs from the 50s/60s/70s.

Ah, 70s contemporaries. I confess they're not really my style, since I'm not really into "modern," either, but you did a fantastic job with this. A neighborhood I'm working on has a number of sloping lots, so I would download this and give it a shot...but I don't have Bon Voyage, so drat. But I just wanted to say that I love the house and admire your skills with multi-level building. (Plus, you used some of my floors in it, which is always an ego boost. ) I'm really looking forward to seeing whatever else you're working on, even if I can't download 'em.

YES! And, they are perfect for this house - actually, wanting to use those floors helped inspire this house. My next one has a bit more of a comfy/cozy feel to it. (Though still in the 70's style... I need to find some newer architectural digests ) I 'm glad you liked it.

Thanks for the "thankses" all ya'll!
