As a special bonus, they can use the toilet as a chair too:

This mod edits Sit_Bathtub and Sit_Toilet, which are in GameplayData.package. I don't think that there are that many other mods out there that use these files, so you should be fine conflict-wise.
And, in case you were wondering...
