You'll have to find someone else to do that. I'm just a builder.

WA and LN are the only expansions really necessary for this lot, because of basements, underground pools and elevators. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that if any buy/build objects are from an expansion or stuff pack you don't have, they'll be replaced with a similar base game item. And what little CC I used should be base game compatible.

All you've got to do is just delete the basement. Though I'd recommend not deleting the part with the stairs between the ground floor and B1, because it won't let you put stairs there without removing a large chunk of the foundation.
