Wow...you have a bedroom that is smaller than the laundry room. I would hate to be the kid stuck in that room...lol. Nice house though. Love the modern feel of it and the way you did the yard and decorating inside.

Such attention to detail; I love that you actually hooked up a ventilation system for the house! So much more realistic now!

Thanks. Though remember that you need the stuff below in order for the ventilationsystems outsideunit to show:

Can you build a flat-lot version, for custom neighborhoods?

I probably wont do it any time soon. No energy for it atm. But if you wanna have a go yourself then it´s quite easy to remake this one for flat lots. Just place it on a flat lot, eraze the windows and walls in the kid-rooms and replace with foundation so you have foundation all around the house. After that, just flatten the land outside...

If I make one myself, I let you know...

Thanks!

I dont really know how long it took to make it, time flies when I do it . But I would guess somewhere in the region of 10 - 15 hours or so.

Okay, I'll try it myself, but sometimes when I place lots that aren't flat on flat land, the game decides to go bonkers, even if I fix the house, usually something goes wrong later :D

Hey m8.

If you hold down "ALT"-key, while placing and rotating, that allowes you to do so with more accuracy. Please try it out and let me know if you need more help.

I play that house since decades! Great job, so fashionable with a dark vibe.
