Perfect for a Sim (or two) with one or more of these traits: eco-friendly, green thumb, angler, natural cook, loves the outdoors. This is a nice, cozy cabin with just enough luxury combined with rustic style. It includes: one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a living room/study area, a garden plot (nothing planted, as I prefer to build up my Sims' gardening skill first before planting), a back patio with grill, a pond, a clothesline, 2 bicycles, and nice landscaping.

I tried to include everything that would be good for an eco-friendly Sim: high-quality washer, garden area, bicycles instead of cars, clothesline, etc.
