Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

It's an amazing house, lots of detail in it. I just don't understand something: why does it have only two bedrooms and six different kitchens? Still, I'm downloading it

This looks magnificent. I'll need to download it and look at it in the game to properly appreciate it. I hope I've got a big enough lot left in one of my towns, but if not I might demolish the much less interesting Laandgrab mansion.

Wonderful build, beautifully done. How easy is it to play though? I tend to play large families and this would great for one of my wealthy ones.

Six kitchens is a mighty lot for any house, even this one, but still great job. What I love most about this house is the many stair wells around the house.

I think the amount of kitchens vs. bedrooms should be switched. Six bedrooms and two kitchens would seem more functional. Aside from this, it is a BEAUTIFUL house. I love the architecture of every room. Thanks so much!

Stunning archtecture and layout. I've fallen in love with the library in particular! Like others have said, I think it could do with turning a couple of the kitchens into bedrooms, but other than that it's brill. Nice work

Great looking house. I put it on the Crib lot from Late Night but it's down really low on the lot and not playable. Do you know if there is anything I can do to fix that?

I have no idea, but the best lot for placement is at 15 Summer Hill Court at The Sunset Valley, as the name mentioned, 'Summer Hill' Estate.
