No, you will have to download the CC, but the links are provided, they are all from mod the sims.

Third time lucky with a dodgy keyboard.... Only slightly negative thing I could add is maybe work on the drive slope, it's a little abrupt, might be good for a downhill skier! But that aside, great house, awesome for a first upload!
