This is a beautiful 4 store residential building, with one apartment per floor, it is plentiful in space making it a true complete home.
With pretty decent common areas, to make your visitors comfortable, not to mention the pool area.
Perfect for the "getting rich" sim. Not yet good enough for that mansion, but no good with single room apartments either? The Condo is your answer.
Bringing the "slightly quite slightly urban" feeling to your, otherwise boring neighbourhood.
The full cost is 28716§, unfurnished it goes for only 14340§. Located in Twinbrook at 36 Sweetwater Loop( hence the name).

Features of the apartment:
1 spacious living room with kitchen attached
1 social bathroom near the kitchen
1 hall between the living room and the bedrooms, used also as study area
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other baby ready
1 full bathroom with a bath and shower, next to the bedrooms
Features of the public areas:
Entrance lobby with call and mail boxes
Parking lot with 3 car parking spaces and 2 for bicycles
Common living room with a book shelve, juice bar, sofas and chess table
Pool area with no pool, but a hot tub instead, also barbecuer and comfort chairs
Service area with washing and exercise facilities, also a social bathroom and group entertaining
A kids clubhouse in a tree next to the parking lots.

Hello yall, i wanted something like this for a while now, so i've pulled my sleeves and gone for it.
But actually i've built this with NPC townies in mind, so that a couple could have a baby ready place without paying too much.
I've spent a couple hours in the beginning of this design just to figure out the right size of the apartment, i couldn't be too narrow, it couldn't be too exaggerated and yet it has to be a full home. As the result came along, i'm quite happy with it.
In the process i figured something that would've destroyed this building otherwise: we can place elevators facing other directions and they'll still connect. Wurhaayy EA!
Noted for next building: can we place elevators directly into the player apartment? Will they work properly? ( i doubt)
Anyway, no custom content at all is used, i rarely use it in my own games. The content of EP is seldom used, but i guess its still required.
I've spent a lot of time in decor of the whole place, most objects have been styled so they match with the surrounding.
The lobby flooring and the grass painting look like a finished work of art.
I wont be playing this apartment any time soon, so feedback is dearly much appreciated.
Designer notes:
In the building process i almost went with two apartments per floor, that would result in a very nice apartment for singles. Could be an Option.
I originally made the pool area with a( guess what?) pool, but the hot tub fit with atmosphere more, not to mention its way more entertaining.
The original building also had lined windows on the side( they're still in the first floor), but just though it was a bit overdoing.

I found something that might be an issue, at time of building i was using a mod that i totally forgot about.
Its a bed replacer called "sleep freedom" made by Twallan.
I've uninstalled it today and it cause some of the beds in my game to go missing, the double bed in this lot included.
All you need to do is buy a new bed. I'll fix the issue and update as soon as i get the time.

Uploaded a new version fixing the issue mentioned above.
And some minor changes here and there, for some unknown reason its size dropped almost 1MB.
