Bring a little Spanish flair into your life with this beautiful Mediterranean cottage. From the textured stucco walls to the tiled terracotta roof, you will find that every detail has been carefully designed to give this home a warm, tropical feel.



The front of the house is landscaped with lush hydrangeas and fragrant dianthus.



The amenities in this house are very basic and affordable for starting Sims, with just a touch of decoration to make it feel like home.



The back yard features a little pond with cattails and water lilies growing in it. A beautiful olive tree provides welcome shade.

This house is only lightly furnished so that you can customize it to your taste and play style. No custom content was used in the building of this house. One piece of store content was used: the wicker baskets. Here is the link if you don't have them and would like to add them to your game:

You will need Ambitions, World Adventures, and Late Night for the lighting and the toilet, and Outdoor Living Stuff for the bowl of fruit on the counter. Everything else is from the base game. This house was fully playtested. Enjoy!
