Wow! It is wonderful! I just loved it! I'm not a big fan of apocaliptical lots, like you, but this is irresistible! And it has NPC neighbors! W-O-W!!!!! Just perfect!!!!

Wow nice job. You did a fantastic job pinning down the feel of an old abandoned factory.

Are you using an adblocker, like the Adblock Plus plugin for Firefox?
If so, then turn it off for MTS, as it blocks alot of the content of MTS or make at least some exception rules.

Great addition to the standard EA ones, which seems a bit bleak. I think it will fit perfectly into Bridgeport according to the story behind it. You can then make an old part and a new one, resulting of having a mix of old and new.
Great job, well done. I will use this one in bridgeport. Gonna start a makeover with that place.

I wonder why there are no NPCs moving in? My Sim lives there for about a week now and has still no neighbors :-(

I absolutely love this house, thank you! It doesn't seem to work correctly as an apartment though, since no NPC's will move in and I had to buy the whole house (I think. Or the apartment floor might be utterly expensive, I'm not sure.)

But other than that, outstanding work!

A very odd thing happened when I used the Sims3Pack Multi Installer to turn the Sims3.pack into a package file, there are two files. There is another creator's lot packaged with the Old Factory Apartments; the lot title is Huckleberry Cottage.

This works great with my decaying town down area that I just created for a custom world that I am working on.
