Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Pretty good, given the lot size. Will you be doing more starter homes this size, or are you planning to do progressively larger lots?

I will make a series of Gnomia Lane, that is all about starter houses. But the lot size I will use will not always 10x10. Maybe if I have a will to do larger houses, or even community lots, I will make it. Right now, I am in the progress of planning on building a small world. You can see my Journal, if I'm not too lazy to write on it, to see the progress. Or even, after 50% finished, I will make a thread in the CAW thread. Just wait! :D

P.S. Oh, forget to tell you this. It's all bcoz plasticbox's Wee Barnoid that I try to make a series of my own starters...

Hey there! :)

This is really great, thanks for sharing.

I know you said you didn't take requests, but, maybe this is more a modification to the house rather than a request. I was wondering if you could make a house just like this house, except the angled roofis on the right side of the house rather than the left. I would like to have a whole street of these homes, and placing these two types of homes next to each other would give it more variety, while keeping the theme the same.

Again, great home, and thanks for sharing.

simspy2, I'll try that ideas.
U know what? Seeing your request makes me consider again about whether I should take requests or not... :D
