I love your starter houses. I think smaller houses are better. Loading and saving times it seems on a large house takes longer and the larger houses it takes your sim forever to get from one place in the house to the other.

This is perfect for a few lots that have long since been left empty in a newer neighborhood I've recently downloaded simply because I too am lazy, and I didn't want to attempt to build on them. Now I won't have to, and that seriously makes me wanna crack a smile or two (haha) Thanks so much for sharing, it'll be put to use right away
