4x4 as in 40x40

Wonderful house, it features a unique design that still is playable.

As for some of my objects, about a week ago I updated some of them.

High End Condo stuff and Calibri Versatile Bathroom Set are PETS compatible now. 3CTA05-MED is a part of HECS.
For further clarification, Concorde Modern Bedroom, still is not PETS compatible.

Can someone please help me,
I have all the expansion packs needed for this lot and no other expansion packs, I have tried downloading this mod several times and it just never shows up in game. It will show up in launcher but that it. And sometimes when i try to download the launcher for sims 3 will be "Not Properly Working" and freeze on me with the pc error message.
What do i do?? Please help

Hey, nice work first of all.

I have an issue. I installed the house everything in the right way, it is also shown up in the game, but I can't place a copy of this house anywhere, even when the grounds are big enough. Anyone knows help or how to fix the issue!? Would be really nice

Which mod is this? perhaps try the creator of the original mod.

Hmm, Can't help you there, I tried it in 2 different worlds on several locations and it worked fine. it seems quite odd.
