Stray Gnomes WorkAround

The Stray Gnomes are supposed to Encourage or Discourage strays from coming to your lot.

These are the Kind Gnomes:


When set to discourage strays, they change into Mean Gnomes.
Look closely and you'll see their faces are mean. But, their signs say they still love strays.
Poor confused strays:


This is what the Mean Gnomes should look like:


Now, you can set the gnomes to encourage or discourage ... then recolor them to use the correct signs too.
Added Presets:


The default outfit for all 3 mean gnomes is the purple shirt, brown pants with a red hat.
So, I added a preset to each gnome for this look.
For the wildlife gnome I also added a preset that matches his specific theme.

Conflicts:
This mod overrides 2 resources for each gnome.
It should not conflict with any other mods unless they modify these resources:
_XML - strayGnomeDogMean
_XML - strayGnomeCatMean
_XML - strayGnomeWildlifeMean
OBJD - strayGnomeDog
OBJD - strayGnomeCat
OBJD - strayGnomeWildlife

Compatibilty:
As far as I know, you should only need the Pets EP.

If you can help me actually make a real fix for this, please let me know.
The IMGs are already in-game, but you can only see the mean signs if you ctrl+click and reset textures after choosing discourage from the menu.
That is also the way you can fix your mean gnome without using this mod.
