Sorry, but I no longer create terrains for The Sims 2 as I've moved on to The Sims 3. I'm sure you can find other terrain/neighborhood creators here on MTS who might be able to help you with your request. See if you can reach out to them with a comment/request through PM.

I'm sorry, but I'm currently in the middle of doing my Master's degree right now so I won't have the time to take on a project this big.

Plus, I don't really have the skills (yet) to create a Sims 3 World using CAW that other World creators have. Though I've created my own custom world that suits my game-play style, it honestly just resembles a TS2 neighborhood terrain, in terms of the layout/grid.

I'm sure you can find other better-skilled world creators who'd be able to help you and take on your request.
