wow, this is just what I have been looking for in a new downtown Map. It has perfect land for plenty of beach lots thank you so much for reading my mind indirectly. The mountains in the background are great it reminds me of western US. I'm already seeing what I want to do with this before I even downloaded it I can put a few nice mansions in the top right corner in the hills. This is TMI but it's gonna be great for a neighborhood that is a cross between Venice Beach California and Rockaway Beach in NYC which I wanting to do for a while now since Belladonna Cove came with Apartment Life. I don't know about any one else but I really like this map as the dirt terrain best. Map making is an underrated talent in Modding. Thanks for sharing it.

I really like this, it's a really nice combination of beach lots and space for other things. I find so many other neighbourhoods here are too small, but this seems nice and spacious. If I ever decide to switch neighbourhood again, I'll most definitely use this. May use it for a vacation destination or something, cause it's really nice.

I downloaded this today to use for a new 'hood, but I've had a bit of a problem with it. There seems to be at least one spot which "floods" if you put a lot there. So most of the lot ends up underwater, even if there wasn't any water on the lot to start with. Has anyone else had that problem or is it just me?

In the town area - see the attached image. It seems to be affecting several lots. I have never seen this in any of my other 'hoods.

Yup, I have. Same problem again I'm afraid :-( I've also tried a variety of different lots in that area, and they all seem to have that problem. It is fine at first, but when I quit the game/open another neighbourhood and then go back to this one the weird flooded thing shows up....
