Hey I really like this neighborhood. The beach lots are my favorite! Thanks!!

I have no idea who TheRaineFamily is, but I'm glad someone requested this! I don't have many downloaded or self-made beach lots, but most terrains with beach access don't seem to like at least one or two of them. (I understand it's the finicky nature of these lots.) There is one in particular download that is lovely, but frequently not a good match for beach areas. This hood took all of the lots with no problems, and only one other neighborhood in my files... even including the Maxis ones ... has done this.

Oh, dear. Now I will have to download or build more lots. I'll survive somehow. :)

But wait ... there's more! There are interior lots as well for those Sims who can't afford the pricey beach ones. Or for shops who cater to those beach lovers.

This lot is going for a shopping district in my main hood .... immediately! Thanks!
