The Afforda-Belle is my attempt at and affordable, Southern themed starter home, although admitedly, it's price is slightly pushing it for a starter home as it costs 56,120 Simoleons furnished, and 33,928 un-furnished. It sits on a 25 by 25 lot, I kept it small so that this small slice of the south could fit in almost any neighbourhood.
I tried to build a starter that could be self-sufficient, hence the vegetable garden to the side, I got a little carried away as the sim who I built it for had an almost constant desire to "Plant Something" or do some "Gardening". But other than that, they seemed very comfortable, and the second bedroom meant that they were able to start a family later on as well.
Unlike some of my other lots, this one doesn't really have a back story, other than being a homage to the warmth of the Southern style of living (bear in mind that I live in England and have only left it to visit relatives and friends in Scotland and France, and go treking in the Himalayan foot hills in India, which has influenced a lot I intend on uploading in the future...)
But anyway, I hope your sims will appreciate this small home to give them a warm start (or end) to life.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
Well, what can i say, I enjoy playing Sims. Please feel free to use and enjoy my creations, all i ask in return is that you do not re-upload them to other sites claiming them as your own. Thank You. I greatly appreciate feedback and hope that my lots are to your liking.
P.S. It would be very interesting to see pics of what you've done with the lots I have created, and the kinds of sims you've got living there, Or if they've been used in stories. But most importantly... Have Fun!!!
