Second Upload Huzzah!

Alright so I was surprised that my favorite part about Supernatural was not the Supernaturals themselves but the new victorian building tools added. I got tired of looking at the same peaked roof victorians and noticed that there were hardly any houses (or buildings) taking advantage of the awesome new cornices introduced. A week later I present you my first residential build good enough to go anywhere. Not the best looking house on the block when viewed from town mode but trust me, I put many hours into it and have never worked so hard on a lot.

Lot Size: 40x40
Furnished Price: 238,838
Unfurnished Price: 123,931

Anyway, the house features an entrance hall that leads directly into the sitting parlor and back atrium. Off to the left there is another smaller hall that connects the first floor bathroom, study and dining room.

Up on the second floor there is a nice relaxation area on the landing as well as a balcony overlooking the atrium with a chess table. The master suite is enormous with a smaller kids bedroom (or guest bedroom) across the hall, each with their own baths.

There is also a mysterious cellar below the house that just might hold a secret or two for your new Supernatural sims *wink* *wink*

The House absolutely requires Supernatural and without it, it would definitely not be the same.
The house also features the following items from the Sims 3 store:
