Lavinia is a home for a family. Like in real life, it’s happens that isn’t enough money to buy a big enough terrain to build a spacious house. But, it may.
A house with ground floor and first floor, with a spacious and elegant living room and open kitchen. Has a courtyard with playground for children, and a hot tube. In the cellar there a space for hobby and a room for those who want to learn Alchemy. You can not play golf in your yard, but you can play biliards in basement. It’s true that you don’t have a space for garden, but you can buy vases to grown the plants.
I built the fence because I don't want zombies on the property.

I included in the .rar CC used to build this house. CC used are International windows from Huge Lunatic and 2 windows from the basic windows set from einfachsimlisch site. Both are free objects.
The family is moved and the furniture not to her liking? Change it. Decorating missing or do not like? Arrange the home to their liking.
