Hey everyone! Just in time for the holiday season, i have a gorgeous little cottage-like home with 3 full bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. With seasons being released i figured i could make a gorgeous home for December! Each room is has a beautiful color scheme highlighting the cheer of the home. It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 147,240.

This house requires seasons. I used a bunch of furniture in the house as well as the snow for the pictures. There are only a few items from Fast Lane like lamps and accessories

The house has 1 parking space but can fit at least 1 more. The 2011 Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG is just for decoration & is not included in the file or price.

The house can sleep up to 6 sims as is with room for more!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I like this house! I only wished it didn't require as much extra packs.

Would it be okay to use this without fast lane and outdoor living or are they too much a part of the house? I really like it but I don't have those stuff packs.

Of course, I only put those because that's what I made it with. There are only a few items from the stuff packs like lamps and accessories. You'll be fine without them, & thanks for reminding me I'll edit that in now!

I finally got a chance to use this house in game. It looks awesome, especially in winter I was wondering if it's just my game or what, but my sim can't sleep in a certain side of one of the beds. I tried moving around the nightstand but it wouldn't work until I completely removed it.

Well, if I remember correctly, the bed is place a little off-grid because I needed more space on one side. It is placed a little closer to the window and moved back closer to the wall. So try moving the bed back onto the grid and it should work even with the table there.
