I love this house and I am not a sci fi fan, though the interior is a bit girly... I can change that. When I tried to set a hot tub outside it says something like: "The housing association does not allow that." Why is this?

To change things outside the house, you will need "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off," as I have placed "skip level" orbs on dummy levels. You could also just use the "moveobjects on" cheat if you're just placing an item. Hope that helps.
