Summer Fun Playset

When I saw this bee themed playset from the Sims 3 Seasons expansion pack there was no doubt in my mind I would be converting it for the Sims 2, I just didn't expect it to take so long! Assigning joints, morphing meshes, extending footprints and fixing countless self referencing BHAVs were the easy parts. Recoloring these so it looked like a cohesive set? That was the hard part for me but I finally settled on a bright, cheerful color scheme to match the fun caterpillar swing and the flowery decals on the lookout tower. I hope you enjoy it.

The set includes six meshes, that have two subsets you can mix and match and everything can be found in the catalog under Hobbies / Recreation. I wanted the set to be large enough for community lots (was thinking parks and schools) so I added matching monkey bars and the large 5x5 sandbox from Generations. There are none. The PSD files I made with the original textures are HERE if anyone wants to recolor these.

Special Thanks:
Go to mustluvcatz, justsimaround, meetmetotheriver, fivegigs, lipe2k, kalisasims, sushigal007, voleste, truebloodsims, lestrangeramblings, thetragicclown, and divasim for your input when I was spamming asking for feedback on tumblr. I haven't quite got the hang of replies yet but I appreciated each and every note. Thank you.

Additional Credits:
SimPE, AGS, s3pe, s3oc, Gimp 2.8, Fraps, Milkshape, and EA for the meshes and textures. I'd also like to thank Echo not just for cloning her mesh but I think almost every single skill that I needed to know in order to convert this set all came from reading her tutorials at one time or another. Thank you.
