Here is a 3 bedroom 1 bath fixer upper. It is bank owned so it is a foreclosure. Built in 1940. Wood paneling was put in the 1980's to hide the blemishes that 40 years had put on the home at the time. There is a front and side porch that has been added on through the years. Side porch doubles as a laundry area. There has been 3 owners since new. Recent owners tried their best to make it look the best they could with the little money they had. Newer paint on the exterior including window frames (although you can still tell the age due to wood siding that now has 73 years of age). New exterior doors. New garage door. Newer fencing. Landscaping is overgrown in areas. Plenty of trees for shade (maybe too many trees). Gravel drive. Needs updated. Needs a new roof. Great for the fixer upper type families. Can be purchased from the bank for $39,940. (Furnished price is $40,025). 30x30 Lot. 8x10 garage/workshop.

Contact Steven8910 for details.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

What a fantastic idea! There are so many perfect CC homes, but there are so many sims stories that call for something less polished.

If you ever felt like doing something 3 bedroom, two story with a more open floorplan (I find those much easier to play in the game), I would be thrilled. Shabby and renovated at different times in different places, wonderful.

I always need homes with at least three 4x5/5x4 bedrooms because my sims spawn like crazy! This is great because I have a sim who is just starting out and this is perfect for a flip for some quick cash!

It's always good to see a home that doesn't require expansions, since I don't have any.
Thank you.

Thank you all for the positive feedback. I do have another upload coming here in the next week. It is another 1940's-50's type home. It is a 3 bed 1 bath 2 story home. 2 car garage. Very old and grungy. Needs complete remodel. Im not quite done with it yet but you should see it on here within the next 5-7 days. (sorry echoweaver, but I will upload a more open floor plan, possible a 60's style home here in the next few weeks). Also have a 3 story country home. Right now it is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home but the third floor is not even finished yet so more bedrooms and bathrooms to come for those large family's. Also has 3 car garage. Fenced in back yard with barn and pond for the horses. My legacy sims just moved out to a smaller home due to a divorce lol anyways just some insight on whats to come. Once again thanks for the positive feedback!

That sounds wonderful! My sims can probably bash out a few walls when they remodel anyway .

Check out the new upload here in the next 3-4 days. I just submitted so if everything goes well it will be on here soon. Unforturnantly I am not done with the properties I mentioned on here earlier (scroll up to view previous post). The property I did get posted is a 3 bed 1 bath trailer with barn. Very nice property for the older couple to live cheap and country-like!

A 3 bed, 1 bath trailer? That sounds like almost exactly what I want! Ha! I'm eagerly waiting for it.

Does it require any EP's/SP's? My game complains that the download depends on files that seems to be missing (I have no EP's or SP's at all)

I love the entire setup of the home! Its rare that you get such a realistic, average family home! Can't wait to play!

I haven't got TS3 installed on my current computer (nay, any games), so there's no point in me downloading this, but I wanted to say - I love how you've added some backstory/history to the house. I feel it really adds to the download and gives it a unique feel. Well done!
