''Cherry blossom'' Is the third of 4 houses from a little project I'm working on.
The houses will be named after the color they get.
Cherry blossom is a small bungalow with a compact garden.
The interior is mainly Cherry-blossom pink, which I've never did before
When you enter the house from the main entrance or the garage, you can either watch TV or warm your butt at the fireplace. The garage has access to the basement where the 'Men's cave' and the laundry are.
-The living area is open with a fireplace in the middle which kind of seperates the lving from the dining area, which has access to the patio. The kitchen is catchy pink, don't stare at it for too long!
-The bedroom is accessible from the livingroom and has a double bed for a young couple or a retired couple.
-The basement. Like the other houses it has a big room, but it's not just an entertainment room, no, it's a true men's cave! It has a pooltable, not so manly colors, a bar and a jukebox!
-The garden is compact yet big. It has a pool, a parkbench in the shadows of a tree, a BBQ area, swingset and a surprise in the shed.
Return to the Sixties! houses:
-Mint
-Savannah
-Cherry blossom
-Blueberry (In the queue)
The house is built on a 25x30 lot and costs §86.258 F and §53.666 UF
The only CC used is the DIY build set by armiel which is not included.
I hope I'll find some inspiration quickly for the next house!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
