Oh, wow. I thought I was going to use your trailer and scruff it up, but this one really might be perfect for my family. You're right -- could easily be made into three bedroom.

The former real estate agent in me wants to ask if the house is structurally sound lol. Love the backstory, thanks!

If you're interested in a bit of feedback, when I loaded up this house, I found that there was just a crazy amount of landscaping clipping into the living area. When I deleted out all of the offending briers and moved a couple of trees, it still had that run-down feel, and now I can better play in it.

I agree the landscaping was a bit much but it was more for the picture than playability, I figured people would take most of it out and either put a poor old sim in there or put an ambitious sim to remodel the home and build a family there! Thank you for the feedback though!!!

The story behind this lot, as some have already mentioned, is a very creative aspect for this creation.

Can you make a rasie ranch with 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs...

Hey, I'm back again and wanted pass on another possible issue. There is some kind of really screwed up routing issue that I haven't been able to track down. Sims seem to think they can route from the upstairs directly to the area on the first floor near the fireplace, and they DO -- they sink through the floor.

And now my teen disappeared someplace on the lot.

At any rate, I have no idea if this is related to something that could be fixed or not. but if you have any thoughts from your build process, it'd be worth taking a look.

Sigh. I had a fantastic time renovating this place in stages, but in the end I had to move my household out because not only did my sims have that bizarre routing issue, they also started disappearing into some kind of invisible unroutable hole. If I backed out the camera far enough, I could see the tag for the missing sim pointing to approximately the same spot in the living room near the chimney, though that's a very coarse indicator.

I've never had that kind of trouble with a house, and I couldn't see any evidence that you used any kind of unusual build mode hack for this lot. It's possible this had nothing to do with what you built. But I backed out to my save in the old house, and everything plays fine, so it's definitely that lot in my game.

This was such a fun build. I't disappointing.

Well im sorry you were having issues with the home, I play each house for atleast a week (in sim days) and I encountered no problems. I do not use any mods or build cheats. Once again I am sorry you encountered the problem. I have other houses coming soon so check back!

Dang. I was hoping you could point to something.

I created a fresh lot in Edit Town since most EA worlds only seem to want to leave 40x40 empty lots in the game. I wonder if there was something in the world under that spot.

I may try again later on a different empty lot.

i really love the house is there anyway to make the house cheaper? this looks great for a starter house BUT its so pricy. but also it looked like this house could be hunted. hint hint with a hidden room or something leading to a fear full sight ;3

i just wish the game could allow houses to age and look as such if u dont take care of it, or its owner died ages ago and no one ever set foot in the house but kids cz it was hunted ;3 (something they need to fix since if u c a g-g-g-ghost i be scared. xD
