Love the name of this house, so apt with its sunny appearance. I really like the different levels that you created in this house, especially in the dining area (the railed off part in particular). Think I might have swapped the internal room, with the chess set in, with the bathroom, cos I really don't like rooms without windows unless they're a bathroom.

You really gave base game a new and refreshing look! I love the sloping "beams" over the deck, the diagonal rugs, and the different levels. And I'm downloading this for my base game sims who are so bored with me!
