Vey lovely, maxis-matchy home! ^^ It isn't cramped, so a willing player can turn the upstairs bathroom into a nursey/childs room and enlarge the bathroom downstairs I love it when creator gives the player oppurnity to make changes by, for example, leaving some 'free' space in rooms.

Yes! I love it when sim creators think of oldies! This is a lovely, cozy home set on an interesting lot, so yeah for oldies!
