There is a bug in TS2 where doors get stuck open if there is hanging lighting directly in front or behind the door. I see a hanging light on the porch in the pictures. If you move it forward one tile or off to the side (diagonal to the door instead of in front), the stuck-open door will shut. I had this problem on my lots for years (especially in small bathrooms) before I finally figured out what was causing it. :-)

And this lot is gorgeous, its going straight into my neighborhood. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing this sims 3 house, very roomy, my sims is saving money for it. I will have to do some work on the yard to make sure all bushes are accessible for sims or npc gardener to tend them before moving my sims family in.

Honestly I never downloaded a house from MTS. This will be the first one. I just love your ideas you came up to. The pool area really got me Brilliant work.
