Sunset Valley's new Horticultural Research Centre (or HRC for short) dedicates its research to all that is leafy and green (even if it walks and talks).

Built on a 30 x 30 TOMB lot, the HRC's ideal placement is on 53 Waterfall Way. Please note this is the playable TOMB version of this lot. To reach the final room you must progress though the entire lot. In the future I hope to also include a non-Tomb version void of all treasure and secrets for those who just want to use it as a normal community lot.

Requires: World Adventures, Ambitions, Night Life, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, and Island Paradise
Furnished Cost: 281,580
Unfurnished Cost: 110,455
Game Version: 1.55.4.022001

Please note that because of ModtheSims upload requirements SCREENSHOTS INCLUDE SPOILERS.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Wauw! Just ... wauw. That is sooo cool. I'm desperately trying to wrap my head around the "tomb" part, 'cause tombs in WA are with lots of colors, and dark, and this is bright, and clean and clinical - it's an absolutely fabulous idea! I don't download lots - ever - but I'm seriously considering getting this one, because that is just SO cool.
Ah, and the little jail-like cells in the cellar *swoon*
Very good job indeed!

Edit: what does it need from Generations and Pets? (Don't have those two)

Np I'll be uploading another version soon as well. This one will be a standard community lot void of all treasure and completely unlocked. Let me know what you think of all the water tanks.

Thanks! I'm currently playing an adventurer Sim and I'm having her travel to non WA worlds, too. So having tombs in base worlds like SV is perfect for me.

It's only right that I give Bella a chance at working this Tomb out?

I loved how sterile and clean the lab looked. Great idea with the aquariums.

Though only two of the chests worked, the rest of them made twallan's error trap to come with error. I still managed to get to the final room so not much important stuff on those chests then?

This fitted like gloves to my scientists. They needed more information for their research and they definitely got it. Nice tomb, man! Loved how.. sterilized it was.

One thing though, was the alarm sound on purpose? It fitted well, but it drove me crazy! Maybe you should add an switch on one of the rooms to deactivate it?
