Taking a break from Sims 4 to play my much denser and richer S2 game. This is awesome!

Hi,

This mod is a great idea

Just one thought - in my experience, playable YAs come dressed in casual wear, but dormies normally come in the gown. Does this mod still allow dormies to come in the gown, or will they be considered "non graduates" and come in their casual wear?

Dormies come in formal clothes. As you said they are non graduates, so they don't wear the gown with this mod.
I made it this way because dormies will stay on the lot after the party anyway.
They are never leaving... they seem too stupid to get their diploma... lol
But if you prefer the other way, I can make an alternate version of the mod with dormies wearing the gown.

Tried it out, but there's one teensy little difficulty: because the other dormies are non-playable, you can't choose what they will be wearing for formal clothes. This leads to things like (all at the same party) two women wearing the same dress; woman in a fur overcoat; not one but TWO men in Prince Charming outfits (one of them the Llama Mascot ); etc.

I have not yet found a mod that will allow you to change their formals and make it stick. No luck with Sim Manipulator; no luck with the Clothing Changer; no luck, even, with Christianlov's clothes rack. (With all of the mods, the formals APPEAR to be selected, but when you check the Sim again they have been reset to whatever they got at their initialization.)

Edit: Another Christianlov mod, the "Gussy Up" plugin, finally got me past that hurdle. In the process I found out that some custom skins are a bit iffy and won't be selected unless they are first recloned via BodyShop - also, that you have to cycle through all the clothing types once you start it. (You don't have to change everything, unless you want to, but you do have to go through each category.)

I really love this mod. However I have a conflict and I haven't managed to test the results yet, I'd like to resolve as many conflicts as possible before I start playing. The conflict is with Simler90's New Parties mod (unfortunately a modder known for offering very little support). I really want to keep your changes but I don't want to mess up the dresscode of the new parties. I'm just wondering if anyone has had success using these two mods together or if anyone has any advice on load order. Thanks

Hi!
I discovered a problem. For some reason with this mod service workers and a butler don't arrive anymore.
I thought you might want to know that.
