This sweet little 2B/2B beach house on stilts has all the vacation amenities you could ever need. It would be so cool if you could set this place with beach access ~ I've never messed with "beach lots" because they're soooo buggy. So I don't know if that's possible or not? If someone with experience tries it, please tell me how it works - K?

A side-note for interested investors -
I made this lot in my full game, so it needs all EPs/SPs installed in order to work properly. This house was originally built for Loaf's "Village" contest, but I decided to enter a different house... so, there is minimal CC - mostly just walls and floors. The tree in the middle of the lot was part of the building 'challenge' for this round in the contest. The driveway is not functional - yet. All you need to do to make it work is add an invisible driveway, linked below.
