Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Inspired by serveral Californian and other coastal bungalows, I've created Coastal Delight with a classic 1920's inspired Craftsman look.

Hello and welcome to Coastal Delight!

Constructed in the 20's, along with a lot of other unique bungalows along the coast, this is a must-have!
For less than §75.000 you'll get a large open living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 beautiful porches.

All furniture is a unique piece of 1920's craftsmanship und went under complete restauration less than 3 years ago. Updated gas- and water pipes, together with new cables, make this beauty affordable to live in.

Buy this property before the county decides to destroy it!

Note: On the floorplan picture there's a plant and 2 deco items missing. You''ll see those in the other pictures. They're included in the price, the placing of the couches isn't affected in anyway after taking the floorplan screenshot.

Build on a 30x30 lot and costs §74.859 F and §37.983 UF

CC used but not included:
DIY build set by armiel
Slates and sheets by Qbuilderz

I hope you like it. I was really excited as this is my first proper Craftsman cottage!

Lot Size: 30x30

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Modest suburban prettiness, wood and huge porches: I love it.
