I love the whole build but especially the colours. Since there was no link to Dan Tyree's website in your post I searched for it (google is my friend :) ) - I shouldn*t have done so... oh my... so many lovely house plans. The house has an interesting architecture and you did a great job recreating it. It's a shame that we don't have round stairs in TS3, isn't it? However, you found a good solution for the entrance. Thank you for sharing your work with us. :)

Thanks for the feedback Yes Tyree has done many house designs, and probably the most well known is Barbados which has been created throughout Sims 2 & 3 (including by me), and he has also created many designs on that same theme, with differing colours and subtle changes. I hope to create many more in the future, and hopefully with as much success.

I really like the design and the way you executed it. It reminds me of the Art Deco houses in Miami, FL. All it needs is some neon lights, lol. But you've done a really good job of it anyway, well done!
