Yes It's The Delta Tau Chi Farturnity in all its disasterous glorry. 10 efficience bedrooms. 3 horificaly discusting bathrooms. The basment bar. A poolroom. The works! meticuliously derived from the movie. over a HUNDRED custom walls and floors and some recolors from the Trashed Set Project make this a bit of a heafy upload. To call this Frat house a slum is an understatment in the extreem. every bit of wall and flooring are a masterpiece of drunken debauchery and neglect.

I spent over two weeks creating all the details of this and am officialy exausted. so don't expect Sims of the Delta House gange any time soon..

***** UPDATE *****
had a call about a crash out while opening the lot. Only possible reason could be a buggy object recolor, so heres a version with all objects removed except for doors and windows. the real work is in the actual architecture, custom walls, and floors. All trashey recolored furnishings can be found over at the Trashed Set MTS2 Community Project:
