A small asian style house built over a koi pond. As the house was first intended to be a vacational lot in Shang Simla, there are no cribs or kid stuff; also no TV, just music. Anyway, it fits up to 4 sims. It's a regular lot now, if you want to use it as a vacational lot, you'll have to edit the lot type. There's a warrior statue that will disappear when you change the lot type. You can replace it from buydebug menu.
The outside of the house is reduced so there are just some rocks, trees, shrubs and flowers and the pond, of course, with koi fish at both sides of the entrance bridge. The only terrain painted are the rocks and the dirt around the pond, the trees, shrubs and flowers, no green except for the stones close to the stairs, so it should blend smoothly in any other world.
The first floor has a foyer open to the terraces (one for painting, the other for playing chess) and the central fountain that divides the spaces of the kitchen-dining room and the living, the half bath and the stairs.
On the second floor are the 2 bedrooms, the full bathroom featuring a bathtub with a view and a landing with a ladder to the upper floor.
The third floor is for excercising body and mind. A martial arts set and a bookcase, and another view.

IMPORTANT Stuff I use for building and decorating:
There's one object needed for the lot to show like the pictures. That is granthes' OMSP, I use it only for decorating purpose like things over the fridge (you can place the object on a shelf and hide the shelf in the top of the fridge using moving objects), floor plants over other surfaces, placing objets out of their usual slot or rising columns, so some of the decorations will dissappear or change a bit, not to many.
The curtains will stay in place, but if you try to move the ones that aren't in a wall you won't be able to place them back unless you use the mod by Huge Lunatic .
The same goes for the objects moved, tilted or turned by the mod by misukisu
And the objects with stencils removed with velocitygrass' mod will stay that way unless yo CAST them.
