This is an average family house for 4 on 1 floor. It has a big kitchen, big hallway, livingroom, 3 bd and 1 ba. Big fountain in the garden.



The middle hallway and front porch on this house turned out to be the favoured place for invited friends and chatting. The hallway is big and in the middle of the house, if you open both doors to the outside you may have some wind blowing through on a hot day.



The livingroom has a TV and three sofas.

There is no CC in this house, and it's built on Hallow Slough.

Download the zip under the Files fan and put it in your tray folder in my documents/Electronic Arts/Sims4, then just unzip the files and let them stay there without a subfolder. Tutorial here: http://www.volvenomtullarask.com/how-to-install-houses
