Very nice! I much prefer a well-designed house on one level rather than big houses.

Love it! One question, how have you adjusted the roof overhang? I tried to create a house with a similar look to the front, with the triangle looking roof facing the front and the side, but the overhang cuts into the wall on the side? (sorry if you don't get what I mean)You don't have it, and I would love to know how you did it!
So basically how do you adjust roof overhang?!

When you click the roof there are several grab points that you can use to adjust the roof. The arrow on the top for height, the ball to adjust the curve and at the corner points is an arrow that you can push and pull on. Using that you can shrink the overhang so it doesn't show.

You can download it and place it in your tray folder and place the home wherever you would like.
If you aren't sure about how to place it in your tray folder you can find it in the Gallery under #romagi

Thank you so much! Don't know how I didn't notice that before, I've been looking for it for ages! Thank you

Sweet little house! I've been using old Sears kit home plans and your house is very similar to one I built today. In fact, I was struggling with the little garret outcrop (and finally gave it up). I think I'll go back and give it a try, now! Many thanks!
