This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Object: Evergreens (Non Default)
In this package, there are 5 different Evergreen maxis recolors. 3 with snow and 2 with darker (or dead) needles. These can be found under the Build. Just click on the tree and they will be categorized by price.

Each costs 210 Simoleans (Same price as the Maxis Evergreen)

Please give credit. Happy simming!

FYI this is making my game not load. After double-clicking the Sims4 icon to play, there only pops up a little box that states:

***63741EE8***
***135DEC40***
[135dec40:90f690cf:00000075]

so if anyone else is seeing this, this is what is wrong. I found this out after hours of "process of elimination".

This happened to me too. The exact same error message. Luckily I didn't have to do much trial and error though. I sort my downloads into folders and I was able to figure it out it was the objects folder. Then it was just a matter of sorting by date, removing the most recent downloads first. I hope this is fixed because I love the trees!

Got the same error...pretty sure it's a conflict with something else but no way to find out since there is no program yet to find out.

Thank you so much for this, I'm doing a prehistoric thing and breaking newcrest down into biomes. These will be perfect for the forest/mountain area.
