Big Mansion built for a view from a hilltop. It has a basement with exit to the back and view part of the house. In that basement I have the mediaroom with a big TV/videogame and a partyroom with a chesstable. The sim can just walk from there straight out to the garden with bbq and seating areas. A big lawn should be perfect for playing with a ball.

At the front I have cfe'd my way to a fishing pond, and a fountain with jets.

I decorated with lots of those fancy features from ITF

The house is mostly white, but on the inside I used some colors to brighten it up a bit.

Floorplan:

Basement: Gamesroom with the staircase, chesstable and seating, small bathroom, and the big mediaroom with ITF big wall as screen TV.
Ground Floor: bbq with seating, garden with some harvestable grapes in the backyard. Tiny pond at the front can be fished in.
Foundation: 1 car garage

Main Floor: Guest bathroom with wardrobe or laundry, Gym, open planted ceiling courtyard with staircase to the basement, Livingroom with bar, Kitchen and diningroom. Small side room on the balcony with a great view.
2 Floor: Double kids bedroom with a bathroom and another single kids bedroom close by and library, all around a roof terrace. Master bedroom section with desk and wordrobes, seating.

Technical issues:

Built on Redwoodstreet 180, in the basegame world. Flat lot.

One bug can't be deleted that easily, you only see it if you play at sims level. If you like complicated and don't mind a slight bug, it shouldn't be that annoying really. With an angle on the ground floor backyard you won't even see it.

On the picture above, a little bit lower angle on the sims view and the first floor, and an extra ceiling appears. There shouldn't be any more bugs on this house to my best knowledge. Unless you decide to paint the ceiling, that would NOT be recommended.

Potential fixes:
1. Putting in a wall in the basement, so you end up with an enclosed room and have a door in it, might fix it. I didn't try this solution.
2. Click on the ceiling inside the basement where the extra ceiling is attached, with a floortile. Do it like this: select a any floortile, hold down ctrl as if you would delete a tile of floor, and click with the tile on the attachment point for the extra ceiling inside the basement. I couldn't make it stick while while I was playtesting, you might just find the one important spot to click though.

No promises
